1. Who we are

AI Style Upgrade (the "Service") is owned and operated by Galiel 3.14 Ltd ("we", "us"). The Service consists of the AI Style Upgrade browser extension, this website, and the stylesheet and script files that the extension helps you create ("the deliverables"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

2. What the Service does

The extension helps owners of existing websites create a new visual style and effects without changing their existing markup. The result is two files that you add to your pages: a style sheet (CSS) and a lightweight JavaScript file.

3. Free to test

Designing and testing a new style with the extension, including testing it on your live website through the extension, is free. Testing is not permanent deployment: the deliverables must not stay on a website that serves visitors unless that website is licensed (see section 4).

4. License required for every website

• One license per website. A separate license is required for each website (domain) on which the generated stylesheet is deployed.
• Price. The license price is $500 per website, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring fee.
• Lifetime. The license does not expire.
• What a license covers. A license covers one domain and its www subdomain, for example example.com and www.example.com. Other subdomains and other domains need their own license.
• When to buy. You agree to buy the license within 7 days after you first deploy the stylesheet to your production website. If you remove the stylesheet (and the script) from the production website in less than 7 days, there is no need to buy a license: this is regarded as final testing on the live website.
• Which domain. When buying, you enter the domain that the license is for. Please enter it carefully.

5. Payment

Licenses are purchased through PayPal on the Pricing page. You do not need a PayPal account: at checkout you can pay as a guest with a card. Prices are in US dollars.

6. AI-generated output

The extension prepares a privacy-friendly snapshot of your page (styles and scripts are stripped and text is masked) and builds prompts that you paste into an AI chat assistant of your choice. You then paste the assistant's answers back into the extension.

• The AI assistant is a third-party service. Your use of it is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by these terms.
• AI output can be wrong, broken, or show no visible change. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the deliverables, on desktop and mobile, before and after you deploy them.

7. Your website

You confirm that you own, or have the right to change the appearance of, any website on which you use the Service. The Service is designed not to modify your markup, but you remain responsible for your website and its content.

8. Examples on this website

The before and after examples demonstrate some of the capabilities of the tool. They show third-party websites that were modified for demonstration purposes only, credited to their owners and used under the license stated beneath each example. The original websites, their content and their trademarks remain the property of their owners. The examples are not an endorsement by, or a criticism of, those owners.

9. Intellectual property

The extension, this website, and their code, design, text and branding are owned by Galiel 3.14 Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. Your website, its content and its branding remain yours.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the extension, and to deploy the deliverables you create with it on websites for which you hold a license.

10. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise try to derive the source code, prompts or internal logic of the extension, except to the extent that applicable law allows despite this restriction;
• copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, lease or sublicense the extension, or any part of it;
• deploy the generated stylesheet or script on any website for which a license has not been purchased, or give or sell the deliverables to others for use on websites that are not licensed;
• circumvent, disable or tamper with any licensing or purchase mechanism of the Service;
• remove or alter copyright or ownership notices;
• use the Service in violation of any law, or on a website that you do not have the right to change.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and the deliverables are provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Without limiting the above, we do not promise that:

• the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free;
• the deliverables will work on every website, browser, device, screen size or combination with your existing scripts and styles;
• the AI output will be correct, will suit your needs, or will produce a visible change;
• the extension will remain compatible with future browser versions or with third-party AI assistants;
• the deliverables will have no effect on your website's functionality, appearance, accessibility, search ranking or performance. The Service is designed not to change your markup, but this is not a guarantee.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galiel 3.14 Ltd, its owners, officers and employees are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities or website visitors, arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service, the deliverables, the AI output, or any third-party service, even if we were told that such damage was possible.

You use the Service at your own risk. You are responsible for testing the deliverables before and after deployment, and for keeping backups of your website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
