1. Who we are

AI Style Upgrade is owned and operated by Galiel 3.14 Ltd. Questions about privacy: support [at] aistyleupgrade [dot] com.

2. The browser extension

• What we receive and store: the list of website domains on which the extension was used. We do not receive or store anything about the person who used it, such as a name, email address or account.
• What the extension stores on your computer: only what it needs to work: the domain you approved and your work in progress on it. It does not request or store information about you, not even locally.
• Your page and prompts: the snapshot of your page and the prompts that the extension prepares stay on your computer until you yourself paste them into an AI assistant of your choice.
• Clipboard: the extension uses your clipboard only to copy the prompts it prepares and to paste back the AI assistant's answers, when you ask it to. Clipboard content is not sent to us.
• AI assistants: an AI assistant is a third-party service with its own privacy policy. We do not control what it does with the text you give it.

3. This website

• There are no user accounts, and the website does not ask for your name or email address.
• The domain you type in the license box is checked in your browser. It is used only to buy the license for that domain.
• If you email us, we use your message and your address only to reply to you.

4. Cookies and Google Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_…) in your browser. Google Analytics collects usage statistics, such as the pages you view, the approximate region you are in, and your device and browser type, so that we can see which pages are useful. The data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy.

• Only if you accept. When you first visit, you are asked to accept or decline. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is stored.
• Your choice is remembered in your browser (local storage, under the name aisu-consent) so that we do not ask you again on every page. This only records your choice and does not track you.
• You can change your mind at any time. Declining later also removes the analytics cookies from your browser.

5. Payments

Licenses are paid for through PayPal. Payment details are handled by PayPal under PayPal's privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details, and you do not need a PayPal account.

6. Other websites

This website links to other websites, such as the original sites shown in the examples. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
